Over time, this knowledge and experience were carried into professional life, laying the groundwork for our first steps in the field of web technologies and digital services.
The year 2018 marked a turning point — a period when our vision matured, and two valuable names, Sezai ÇETİN with his technical expertise and Behçet ÜLKER with his extensive sales experience, decided to combine their unique strengths to shape a shared future. This strategic partnership symbolized the birth of a “modern yet experienced” structure under the roof of 3XCODE.
By 2025, in line with new goals within the company and across the industry, we made the decision — with renewed motivation and within a professional framework — to conclude the partnership structure and continue our journey under the leadership of our founding partner, Sezai ÇETİN.
The constant evolution and rapid transformation of the technology world have instilled in us the discipline to continuously learn, adapt, and improve. The many challenging and diverse projects we have undertaken have become our greatest source of learning and growth. After university graduation, Sezai ÇETİN started to take the first steps in his IT career.
In January 2001, Taşkın Internet, one of the first internet services companies in Antalya, was founded in partnership with Behçet ÜLKER.
At the end of the same year, the young and dynamic software team gained a stronger structure in technical and software fields under the leadership of Sezai ÇETİN.
We developed Antalya's first official web project by launching the official website of the Antalya Governorship, www.antalya.gov.tr.
Sezai ÇETİN started developing cloud-based agency software, online reservation systems and airline integration solutions for the tourism sector as a full-time employee of a travel agency.
In parallel with developments in software technologies, we expanded our product portfolio by focusing on cloud-based online solutions.
With the experience we have gained in web-based software, we have implemented many cloud-based software such as Agency Software, CRM software and integration solutions, reservation systems and online collection/payment solutions.
Double Solution was founded by Sezai ÇETİN at Akdeniz University Antalya Teknokent campus and began R&D work on projects such as online reservations, cloud payment systems, integration solutions and mobile applications.
We have launched a native integration-based field application that works on tablets and an Android/iOS native mobile application for all hotels of a hotel group, which we developed at the Teknokent office.
Combining their years of experience, the founders gathered all their businesses under the 3XCODE umbrella.
We've continuously improved our infrastructure by adapting to changing technology. As of 2025, the company has decided to continue its journey on its own, led by Sezai ÇETİN.
Depending on the developing technology and innovations, we strengthen our infrastructure and continue to develop and renew.
